Long Beach Island is a special place for both of us: Allison and her family have spent summers on the island for years and Harry took his first steps there back in 1987. Not to mention on March 30th 2019, Harry proposed to Allison on the beach!

 

The island is comprised of six towns along its 18 miles, each with its own distinct character. There’s a lot to see and do on the island, from the Barnegat Lighthouse on the north end of the island to wildlife refuge on the south end. Here are some of our favorite places:

October 3 & 4th is also LBI's Annual Chowderfest attracting a large crowd to the south end of the island
